Dare to Care, Dye your Hair Campaign
A fabulous fundraising idea to create fun, laughter, make memories, but most importantly, impact the lives of girls and women in the developing world!
By participating in the DARE TO CARE, DYE YOUR HAIR initiative you will raise awareness about the issues of gender inequality and overt poverty affecting millions of girls worldwide and be a contributing partner with CHANGE HER WORLD.
The monies donated go directly to girls school fees, school uniforms, mosquito nets, blankets, soap/lotion, school food programs, health care, renovations of girls hostels, roofs on schools and much more!
How it Works
1. Register as a CHW CHALLENGER (as an individual or family/business/organization). You will be sent a Challenger Kit with all you need to seek donations for the DARE TO CARE, DYE YOUR HAIR initiative.
2. Send a digital picture of yourself or group with your hair dyed. Permanent or wash out dyes, hair extensions or wigs all qualify!
3. Participants who raise $300.00 or more are eligible to enter the CHW CHALLENGER CONTEST! Contest winners being announced at the April CHW Annual Dinner in Stratford, Ontario. Contest Entry Deadline is March 1st!
Prizes will be awarded for the (1) Top Contributing Challenger and (2) Most Creative Hair Dye Challenger in both the individual and family/business/organization categories.
